Caleb Mayberry
Artistic Director (Founder)
Caleb Mayberry is the founder, artistic director, and conductor of the Ostinato Chamber Orchestra. Caleb is a congressionally recognized composer, conductor, and violinist from Houston, Texas. He composes and conducts orchestral, chamber, and small ensemble works. He has won multiple international composition competitions (Gdansk, Poland, etc.). Caleb seeks to represent emotions, lyricism, and dramaticism in music through his conducting and compositions. He has had orchestral works performed and read by various ensembles like the Texas Medical Center Orchestra, the Energy Corridor of Houston Orchestra and the Houston Civic Symphony (conducted), and has collaborated with artistic organizations like the Houston Ballet Academy (composed and conducted recordings with small ensembles for the Houston Ballet Academy).
He is currently studying music at Houston Christian University.

Quincy Chatman
Director of Outreach and Social Communication
Quincy Chatman is a Houston, Texas–based psychology graduate/violinist dedicated to supporting youth development, behavioral growth, and community education. He earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Music from Sam Houston State University, where his studies focused on behavioral analysis, psychological statistics, trauma-informed approaches, and the psychology of relationships and adjustment. Quincy is a certified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), trained through the RELIAS program, with hands-on experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to help individuals build life skills and reach developmental milestones. His work includes collaborating with clinical teams, applying DSM-5–based observations, and supporting individualized education and transition plans. Alongside his psychology background, Quincy integrates music and mentorship into community outreach. He has contributed to youth programs and arts initiatives in Houston, including outreach and performance work connected to the Community Music Center of Houston, HTOWN Orchestra and local music education programs that expand access to lessons, mentorship, and performance opportunities for students. Passionate about counseling, education, and behavioral support, Quincy has taken up Marketing Outreach and Recruitment for potential youth/college ready students.
